主のご降誕のお喜び申し上げます

「どうか、わたしたちの主イエス・キリストの神、栄光の源である御父が、あなたがたに知恵と啓示との霊を与え、神を深く知ることができるようにし、 心の目を開いてくださるように。そして、神の招きによってどのような希望が与えられているか、聖なる者たちの受け継ぐものがどれほど豊かな栄光に輝いているか悟らせてくださるように。 また、わたしたち信仰者に対して絶大な働きをなさる神の力が、どれほど大きなものであるか、悟らせてくださるように。」（エフェソ1章17節〜19節）

«Possa egli davvero illuminare gli occhi della vostra mente per farvi comprendere a quale speranza vi ha chiamati, quale tesoro di gloria racchiude la sua eredità fra i santi e qual è la straordinaria grandezza della sua potenza verso di noi credenti secondo l'efficacia della sua forza che egli manifestò in Cristo...» (Ef 1,17-20)
